That squishy left-channel lead in Kaytranada’s “Snap My Finger” arrives in the chorus at 0:51. It is a monophonic sawtooth lead with unison, rounded by a low-pass filter and a fast filter cutoff envelope decay plus a small filter/amp attack to create the squishy feel. The part uses delay and reverb for space and a mod-wheel vibrato on the Bb. It sits slightly left in the mix and breathes with the filter envelope to give a vocal-like character.
