Inland Knights - Over You | Bass Synth Patch Remake

Remaking the bass synth from the 1999 song "Over You" by Inland Knights can be an exciting challenge for any synthesizer enthusiast. That subtle synth bass on Inland Knights’ “Over You” appears at 1:30 and is a rounded square-wave tone run through an aggressive low-pass filter. The filter resonance is cranked and key-tracked, producing a pronounced resonant peak above the played note. A very short pitch envelope creates a quick attack transient that helps the part cut through the mix. The patch sits as a supportive low-mid element, adding body and movement beneath the groove.
