        Try starting with this:

        Osc: Sine

Amp Envelope: Set Attack to 0, so that you get a little “pop” sound at the beginning of each note. Then, to accentuate that attack transient, Bring the Sustain down to about 20%, and set a really fast Decay, around 120 ms. This will make the overall volume lower, so boost the main volume. And then give the sound a short tail with about 600 ms release. Overall you should have a pluck shape with a clicky attack and short tail.

Distortion: A bit of warm distortion (or filter drive) will bring out a little nice saturation and some subtle upper harmonics. Don’t go overboard here, as we still want that round sine sound.

Delay: Quarter note time, with enough Mix to really hear the delays.
