I think this is a classic FM 80s synth, and it’s one of those patches that’s hard to replicate in a subtractive scenario. So let’s do some FM!

Then, do the following to create a sound that’s closer to your patch:
Routing: 3->2->1.
All Operators: Sine waves.
Operator 1: 0 Attack, max Sustain, 0 Release.
Operator 2: Same as Operator 1, but with a pitch ratio of 2:1. This creates the round bass tone at the end of the attack transient.
Operator 3: Pitch ratio of 9:1. And set the envelope to 0 Sustain and quick Decay. This will create the metallic attack transient.
