The heavily unisoned sawtooth chords that run throughout Benny Benassi’s “Come Fly Away” form the track’s main harmonic bed. At 2:21 the synth’s low-pass filter is gradually opened, increasing brightness. The patch uses many detuned saw voices with a pronounced attack transient created by a filter spike combined with a quick amp swell. Overall the sound is thick and wide from heavy unison and slow filter automation.
