      Hi,
      I’m trying to recreate this bass sound for some time now, but can’t really get the fullness and energy of bass.

          Hi Joe,
          Thank you for replying.
          Sure thing, I tried 3 oscillators with saw, square and PWM square from my Roland Se-02. Saturated through Fabfilter Saturn warm tape and Ableton Drum Buss. Filter set around 250 Hz with 18 db slope. Compressed slightly. I feel like I’m around it, but not as round as Dennis Cruz’s.

            Yours sounds more “growly”. Few things to reduce that:

            1. Are all 3 oscillators at the same pitch, or are any pitched one octave lower? If one is, bring it back up an octave

            2. Try playing the whole thing one octave higher

            3. Lower the cutoff more
