How’s it going guys? I’m looking to figure out the main modulating / distorting bass lead here, and I’m wondering if an LFO is involved with its automation throughout the track.

What mesmerizes me about this distorting, swelling like synth bass is how it comes in even. The swell begins at 35 seconds and at 3:35 it sort of hits a climax.

Any advice would be appreciated.
