    Hey, sorry to post in the patch forum but it’s my last ditch effort to get support. I’m having a problem with the Syntorial demo where some of the videos have audio but no video. I’ve contacted support twice over the last three weeks but there has been no response. Is this product still supported? I don’t want to drop $130 if it’s a dead end.

    Very much so! Actively supported and continually developing.

    We received a couple messages about this bug, that we responded to, but never heard back from. That must’ve been you. Maybe our response went to spam?

    Let me know if it doesn’t work.
